Submission of Application for CSS

In the month of July FPSC alerts the CSS aspirant for the next year’s CSS exams through an advertisement which is generally termed as “PublicNotice”. In this notice the entire twelve groups of allocation are mentioned and the candidates are told the about those centre of examinations to which they can easily approach. Besides, candidates are also told about the expected date of CSS Exams. But submission of application forms starts from 1st to 31st December.(Here is an image of public announcement for CSS Exams 2010. This image is just to give you an idea.)


By the end of month November a detailed advertisement is published on all best selling and widely read news papers, by FPSC .In this advertisement eligibility criteria and the procedure for the submission of application is described. Through this ad candidates learn from where they can get application form and what should be the last date of form. An image of such an ad is attached here

  (2)Fee to deposit:
Candidates have to deposit 1000 Rs in
          i.            Govt treasury
        ii.            State Bank of Pakistan or
      iii.            National Bank of Pakistan
Under the head of Account “C-2101 Organ of state –Examination Fee (FPSC Receipt)
Postal orders, bank drafts or money orders are not acceptable
